Refund policy

Our policy is available in English for your convenience. In the event of discrepancy between the English and French version, the French one will be considered as valid.

Returns

• All sales are final.
• Defective items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Returned items must be in original condition, unused and with all tags attached.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item.
• Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
• Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
